Emerantia: a Thrilling Experience

The Story of Emerantia Van Dormael and the Claessens Family.

It is 1985 and you are in the home of the Claessens family. The house would once have been inhabited by Emerantia of Dormael, a woman accused of witchcraft. At the time, she was burned at the stake but her soul would live on and take care of all the mischief in Leuven to this day.

Eva, the little daughter of the Claessens family, has been missing for many months. The mother is mad with grief. She continued to believe in the return of Eve and took refuge with God. All the more to protect her from the evil forces of the witch Emerantia.

The mother continues to claim that this witch is responsible for Eva’s disappearance and does everything she can to provide proof of this. She feels her daughter’s presence in the house, but exhausted by despondency, she lives as a hermit.

Your task is to search and penetrate the house. Is the mother really crazy or is she telling the truth about Emerantia?

The original game of Escapehouse Emerantia is unfortunately no longer available! The game will become available as an escaperoom. And this both in "standard" version and "thrilling" version. This will not be until 2025.
