Until February 2023, we had an escape house at our other location on Tiensestraat with the escape game Emerantia.
This game lasted 85 minutes and was easily one of the largest in Flanders (+100m2).
You went into different rooms throughout the house to solve various puzzles in order to accomplish the mission.
It would be a shame to simply write off this investment after a few years.
We achieved 12th place in the top 50 in Belgium in 2022 with Emerantia.
The game will be housed at the location in the Blijde-inkomststraat as a room.
Same game, different location.
It is 1985 and you are in the home of the Claessens family.
The house would once have been inhabited by Emerantia van Dormael, a woman accused of witchcraft.
At the time she was burned at the stake but her soul would live on and take care of all the mischief in Leuven to this day.
Eva, the little daughter of the Claessens family, has been missing for many months.
The mother is mad with grief.
She continues to believe in Eva’s return and has sought refuge with God.
All the more to protect her from the evil forces of the witch Emerantia who she believes resides in the basement.
The mother continues to claim that this witch is responsible for Eva’s disappearance and does everything she can to provide proof of this.
She feels her daughter’s presence in the house, but exhausted by despondency, she lives as a hermit.
As a result, the house has fallen into disrepair.
Your task is to search the house and get to the bottom of it.
Is the mother really crazy or is she telling the truth about Emerantia?
