You wake up in the operating room of an old hospital somewhere in Eastern Europe.
The last thing you remember was attending a medical conference in a hotel.
After the conference, you were invited by the speaker, a doctor.
He invited you to his hotel room for a drink.
From then on, it all became a blur.
Escape from this abandoned and obscure operating room within 60 minutes or fall into the hands of the mad doctor!
While this is dramatized, that can be a measure of whether it is appropriate for the person or not.
An old, obscure operating room in an abandoned hospital with menacing background music is obviously not the most cozy place.
There may be an appearance moment but it is not horror and there is no actor present.
