If you, as a company, would like us to enter the booking, you can send us via info@escaperoom-leuven.be all details (day/hour/desired rooms/number of persons) + invoicing details. Invoices are always payable in advance. So send us everything on time. The activity can only start after receipt of payment on account number: BE71 737 04567 0269.
Let us know in advance that someone cannot attend, and we will provide a voucher – for the difference – for that absent person. In case of a no-show, no refund is possible.
Extra persons can be paid on the spot at 15€ per person. The maximum number of persons per room may of course not be exceeded.

Agreements:

Follow our guidelines regarding age and number of people per team (see info per room). For safety reasons (fire, insurance, …) and for the comfort of the game, it is not allowed to enter the room with more than the number of persons allowed.
We ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before the agreed time. Once the game has started, no one else can enter the room.
Use of force in the rooms is prohibited. Intentional damage will be charged to the person involved. Any theft will be reported.
Players under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to enter the room even if payment has already been made.

General:

Escape Room Leuven is not responsible for physical injuries, loss or damage to or of personal belongings.
For your and our safety, there are security cameras in the building.
Enthusiasm after the game is very logical but do not spoil the fun for the others by talking about the puzzles in the room. They may want to do them later.
All puzzles from our rooms are copyrighted and may not be copied or made public under any circumstances or by any means.
Taking photographs or recordings is prohibited in any way.
