FAQ – Quizroom

Frequently asked questions about the Quizroom

We have selected no less than 30 categories ranging from geography, culture, film & TV, politics, psychology, travel and tourism, sports, language,… to food & drink.
So the questions are very diverse and of intermediate level.
Not at the difficult level of the ‘IQ quiz’ or ‘Canvascrack’.
Do we notice after a while that a question is too difficult for most players, we will replace that question.
And also conversely, add a more difficult one.

This is only 1/3 of the total quiz.
There are also other short alternating rounds ending with a music round where you have to guess which music artist(s) you hear.
For question series 1 we have specially created a version with music from the 80’s-90’s and for series 2 with music from the 2000’s.

They are always multiple choice questions so a guess is also possible if necessary.

Sure. The hour is all for your group. By the way, no quizmaster is asking questions either. Everything comes up on the screen. It goes right ahead!

The minimum number is 4 people to a maximum of 8 people.
We recommend a minimum age of 16 and up along with adults or an 18+ age group.
We will continue to see if the age can be lower based on practice or create a series specifically geared to a younger audience/young families.

When booking, you can choose whether everyone plays separately -i.e. against each other- or in teams. Ideally, there should be an even number, of course. You can play 2 against 2, 3 against 3, or 4 against 4. If it ends up being odd, that’s no disaster. Someone then stands alone at a table or it is 2 against 3 or 3 against 4.

Either way, everyone has their own buttons to answer and the points are added together for each team.

For example, if you book the Quiz at 12 pm (=weekday), you will be asked to arrive at 11:45 am. The Quiz then starts at 12 pm at the latest and ends around 1 pm.

No physical exertion is required. It is understood that one will stand for an hour straight at the quiz table. If an hour is too long, a stool can be taken from the entrance area.
It is wheelchair accessible, however, the tables are 88 cm high. Whether one can read the questions on the screen, we are happy to test that out sometime.
